Each JalTara recharge pit is a one-time investment that provides multi-generational impact for decades – improving farmer livelihoods, crop yields, while eliminating crop spoilage due to floods.

The project goal for 2026 is to complete 75,000 JalTara recharge pits across 125 water-stressed villages. This will help 20,000 farmers and the lives of 200,000 villagers by improving their income, health, while reducing crop spoilage, and forced migrations.
